Project David is an ex-offender program and a subsidiary of the Hope Center.
The ministry began in 1996 by going into streets and shelters each Sunday morning, bringing people to the Church Annex, allowing them to bathe, providing clothing and breakfast, welcoming them to worship, and connecting them with opportunities for employment. The ministry continues feeding and clothing people on the streets.
